• Founder, Birth & Postpartum Doula

Becoming a Mom in 2018 solidified my passion for wanting to be a birth worker and support and coach other birthing people during labor and delivery. Having a trained professional who’s compassionate about birth and the person birthing is a gift! A doula can not only support the birthing person, but they can support the birthing partner. Whether that be the spouse, partner, best friend, or parent, a doula can help them focus and provide the best support possible to their loved one.

The first birth I attended was a medical technician and I was blown away by how incredible the human body is. Looking back, that was a pivotal moment for me, and when I became pregnant in 2017, I was ready to do everything to become a doula. It was during a birth class that everything aligned, and I looked at my partner and said, “I’m going to be a doula.” I flew to Seattle to attend a DONA (Doulas of North America) Certified doula course when I was 28 weeks pregnant. After my bean arrived in July 2018, I was even more pumped about life as a doula, but I needed to stay home with my kiddo. My first birth as a doula was in January 2019.

I will care for you, your baby, and your partner as if you were my family. I have the knowledge, the composure, and the focus to help you have a birth that you will look back on with fond memories and love.

  • Birth & Postpartum Doula, Student Midwife

I’ve always had a strong interest in birth and am in awe of what the body does before, during, and after. In 2021, I decided to become a doula in order to support and empower birthing people. After an amazing experience with a doula of my own (Lauren), I realized how important it is to be supported, not only during labor and birth but throughout all stages of pregnancy. In addition to being a doula, I have embarked on a journey to become a certified professional midwife (CPM). I will bring my knowledge of birth to you and help you create a positive and respectful birth experience because you deserve it!

  • Birth Doula, Reiki Master, & Sound Healer

I was born and raised in Spokane and graduated from Gonzaga University; I sowed wild oats in Seattle for a decade, climbing the corporate healthcare ladder. I enjoyed my helping work there, but knew it was time to come home to Spokane and start putting in some roots.

When I found myself struggling with fertility issues and stress from working in health care, I took a leap of faith and began working in Real Estate. It allowed me the time and space to enrich my Spiritual life, get to know myself better, and eventually get pregnant with our first daughter! My real estate career continued to thrive, and my spiritual journey led me to become a Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher and Sound Healer. My schedule allows me the flexibility to be available for my daughters, friends, clients, and other things like yoga, sound baths, hiking, travel, and Reiki, which fill my cup to overflowing.

I continue to follow my intuition to serve others in a nurturing and healing way, and I am honored to be a Doula supporting Mamas before, during, and after labor.
